We arrange custom manufacturing from your technical brief, drawings, specifications, photos and CAD files, including AutoCAD drawings. This can include equipment, moulds, tooling and other products made to your requirements.
We select a suitable factory or work with one of our existing manufacturing partners. Together with the factory, we review the documentation, clarify technical questions and agree with you on manufacturing feasibility, materials and production terms.
Preparing for production
We agree with the factory and you on specifications, materials, quantities and timing. We clarify any missing technical information before placing the order.
We agree on any required samples and revisions before starting production. The approved documentation forms the basis for manufacturing and the agreed quality checks.
Cost and our fee
Manufacturing costs are agreed with the factory based on your documentation, order quantity and project requirements. We confirm the cost of any samples, moulds and tooling with you before work begins.
Our fee is 10% of the order value. The calculation and payment terms are agreed before the order is placed.
What we need to start
Send your technical brief, drawings, CAD files including AutoCAD, specifications or photos, along with the planned quantity. We will review the documentation with the factory and clarify what is needed to quote.
