Express courier delivery
Typically 3–7 days on supported routes
We arrange international delivery of documents, samples and small parcels through FedEx, DHL, UPS and other courier services operating in China. The carrier is selected for your destination and goods. We do not offer these services on sanctioned or restricted routes; availability, price and timing are confirmed before shipping.

Collection and cargo preparation
We receive goods from one or more suppliers at one of our warehouses in China. We agree on checks, repacking, labelling and consolidation into a single shipment.

We coordinate the agreed shipping documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents. Import clearance at the destination is handled by you or your appointed customs broker. We can help you find a broker to work with directly.
More about international delivery →For machinery and oversized cargo, we assess transport, packing and securing requirements separately. Insurance can be included in the quote by agreement.
Before you ship
What do you need for a shipping quote?
Send the product name or photos, number of packages, packed weight and dimensions, collection city and destination. If you do not have the details yet, we can help obtain them from your supplier.
What do the estimated transit times cover?
Each quote specifies when the transit estimate starts and where delivery ends. Warehouse preparation, customs clearance and onward delivery from the terminal are clarified separately.
How can I check my shipment's progress?
Your manager can confirm the current stage and expected arrival. Order updates are also available in your client cabinet.
Can you ship goods we have already purchased?
Yes. Send the product details and collection location in China. We will agree on receipt, preparation and onward shipping.
