Cost and timing
The fee is fixed in the contract: a percentage of the purchase amount or a flat rate per unit (e.g. for cars). International freight and customs duties are calculated separately by weight and volume.

No. The core is our base of vetted factories built over 14 years; marketplaces are an extra source.
Can I order a small batch?
Yes. We pick factories with a suitable MOQ; for small volumes consolidation from marketplaces is often cheaper.
