International delivery
We arrange shipping from China to the United States, Europe and other agreed destinations. We confirm the route, delivery point and scope of our services before dispatch.
Shipping to your destination
We help select a transport option based on your products, shipment size and timing. Options can include sea, air, rail or road freight, depending on the destination and available routes.
We agree on where the shipment will be handed over: a port, terminal, warehouse or another specified delivery point. Any onward transport is included only when agreed in advance.
Shipping documents
We help prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and documents needed for export from China. The carrier issues the transport document appropriate to the service, such as a bill of lading or air waybill.
Before dispatch, we coordinate the required shipment information with you and your customs broker. The document set depends on the goods and destination.
Import clearance is handled locally
You arrange import customs clearance in the destination country, either directly where permitted or through your appointed customs broker. We do not provide destination import clearance ourselves.
If you need a broker, we can help you find one. You work with that broker directly to agree on clearance, local requirements, fees, duties and taxes. Import clearance and these charges are not included in our freight service.
Small and urgent shipments
For samples and small urgent orders, we help arrange air freight or courier delivery. We confirm carrier acceptance, documentation and estimated timing based on the goods, weight and package dimensions.
What you receive
An agreed shipping route, delivery point and freight quote showing what is included. We provide the agreed shipping documents and updates during transit.
Responsibilities for import clearance, local charges and any onward delivery are clarified before dispatch.

Send the product description, quantity and value, package weights and dimensions, pickup location and destination. Let us know your preferred timing and whether you already have a customs broker.
