Local presence, your priorities
Eastern Sun Trading Ltd is a trading and logistics company. We connect clients with Chinese factories and coordinate procurement, from the first supplier discussions to preparing goods for shipment.
Our office is in Guangzhou. We communicate with suppliers, arrange factory visits and check progress against agreed requirements. You have a local team to help resolve questions with manufacturers.
We work with entrepreneurs, trading and manufacturing businesses, vehicle dealers and private buyers, supporting both individual orders and repeat purchasing.
Experience across product categories
Over 14 years, we have supplied thousands of different products, from automotive parts and consumer goods to machinery and industrial equipment. Vehicles are a dedicated part of our work, with more than 2,000 supplied over the past three years.
We work directly with factories and source products through 1688, Taobao, Alibaba and other Chinese platforms. For custom projects, we find manufacturers for own-brand products or production to your designs.
How we approach your order
Clear agreements
Before purchasing, we agree on product requirements, our scope of work and order terms. Product cost, our fee and shipping costs are clarified in advance.
Checks suited to the brief
The inspection scope is agreed for each order. We report any defects found, discuss them with the supplier and agree on the next steps with you.
Useful communication
We explain the current order stage and any decisions needed from you. Orders, documents and communication with your manager are available in your client cabinet.
