Cost and timing
The buying and support fee is a percentage of the purchase amount under the contract; storage within the batch-forming period is included. International freight is charged by actual weight and volume.

FAQ
Can I buy from Taobao as an individual?
Yes. We buy in our name, receive at the warehouse and ship to you as one batch.
How long can cargo wait at the warehouse?
A batch usually forms in 2–4 weeks; longer storage is agreed separately.
What about damaged goods?
We document it on receiving and settle with the seller before dispatch — refund or replacement.
