We check products during production and before shipment. We agree on the inspection stages, quality requirements and scope in the technical brief before work begins.
Checks during production
We check each stage specified in the technical brief against the agreed product requirements. By agreement, we attend the production site or carry out checks remotely.
If we identify defects or deviations from the brief, we promptly inform you and the manufacturer of what needs to be corrected.
Inspection at the factory
Where specified in the brief, we inspect the finished batch at the factory before it leaves for the consolidation warehouse. We identify defects and non-conformities so corrections can be agreed with the manufacturer before the goods leave the site.
Checks at the warehouse
Before shipment to your destination, we check product quantity, quality and completeness, as well as packaging condition. Checks follow the scope agreed in the technical brief.
What you receive
A report with inspection findings, photos and video. We identify defects and items requiring correction so you can agree on the next steps before shipment.
