Once we have agreed on the planned purchase, we check the selected supplier or manufacturer. We review company records, business history and potential risks.
What we check
We check available legal and tax databases for the company's registration date, current status, business activities and reported employee count.
We review available financial and tax reports, along with records of litigation, violations and other issues that could affect the purchase.
Factory visit
By agreement, we visit the supplier or factory to inspect the premises and the products you plan to order. We take photos and video so you can assess the production facilities and products before purchasing.
What you receive
We prepare a supplier report explaining what we checked, which facts we confirmed and what risks we identified. If we visited the site, we include our findings, photos and video.
We clearly identify information that is unavailable or needs clarification. The report helps you decide whether to proceed with the supplier. Verification reduces risk but does not eliminate it.
What we need to start
Send the company name, a supplier link and a description of the product you plan to order. If you need a factory visit, mention it in your request so we can agree on the scope of the check.
