Our mission
To help clients understand purchasing terms, make informed decisions and receive products that meet agreed requirements. From a first order to regular shipments, we provide clear cost estimates, checks based on the brief and communication with our team in China.
Our principles
Clear terms
We discuss product costs, our fee and additional expenses in advance. Changes are agreed before work continues. If the budget, schedule or requirements cannot be met together, we explain this before purchasing begins.
Accountability
We record the scope of work and order requirements. We do not change the manufacturer, materials, specifications or packaging without your approval. If a supplier changes terms or production is delayed, we inform you and discuss the options.
Checks against the brief
We agree on inspection stages and scope. If defects are found, we report them directly to the client. We discuss corrections and the next steps with you and the supplier.
Respect and confidentiality
We explain complex questions in plain language and handle client documents, designs and commercial information with care.
Products we do not handle
We do not participate in supplying products intended for combat or harming people. The following are our company's order acceptance restrictions.
- Combat equipment. Weapons, ammunition, combat components and specialist military equipment, including body armour, helmets, camouflage uniforms and tactical load-bearing equipment.
- Products for sexual use. Sex toys, clothing and accessories intended for sexual use.
- Tobacco and smoking supplies. Tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids, their parts and accessories, hookahs and related supplies.
- Alcohol and substances. Alcohol, pharmaceutical drugs, narcotics and powdered products.
- Counterfeits. Counterfeit goods and forged documents.
Requests considered separately
Basic supplies for military customers
For these customers, we consider only footwear, first-aid kits, socks and underwear. Kit contents are reviewed separately; we do not supply pharmaceutical drugs. These exceptions do not extend to combat equipment.
Drones and specialist optics
We do not handle wholesale orders for drones, drone parts, sights or thermal imagers. Individual private requests are reviewed case by case according to the intended use and destination, without a commitment to accept the order. We do not supply products for combat use.
