Why we work, what we believe in and what we never do. These are not slogans: our contract, process and client portal are built on them.
Mission
To make sourcing in China safe and transparent for any business — from a single order to regular supplies. So that the client sees the factory price, knows where the goods are, and receives the cargo with documents on time.
Values
Factory price and our fee as separate lines. No hidden markups: if the factory gives a discount, you get it.
We answer for the goods we inspected and the dates we named. A problem with the factory is ours to solve, not the client's.
We are physically in China: we visit production, receive goods at the warehouse and shoot photo and video before shipment.
A reply within one business day. Your manager is available on WhatsApp, Telegram and WeChat; status is in the client portal.
Contract, invoice, packing list, specification, export documents — every supply is documented.
Most clients work with us for years. We build each deal so that you come back with the next one.
What we never do
- We never work through middlemen — only with factories and vetted sellers
- We never add hidden markups or “service fees” beyond the contract
- We never ship a batch without inspection and your confirmation
- We never handle prohibited or risky categories: liquids, tobacco, alcohol, adult products
- We never promise dates we cannot keep
